Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1 cup apple, diced (about 1 medium apple)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl or tupperware container, add chia seeds and milk and mix well to combine, making sure to break up any clumps.
  • Add diced apple, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and mix again to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours or until it reaches a pudding consistency.
