Ingredients

(about 1 medium apple)

maple syrup

Instructions
In a medium bowl or tupperware container, add chia seeds and milk and mix well to combine, making sure to break up any clumps.
Add diced apple, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and mix again to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours or until it reaches a pudding consistency.
