Ingredients

cup
cashew butter
1/4
cup
maple syrup
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
tsp
almond extract
1/2
cup
vanilla plant-based protein powder
(do not sub whey protein)
1/4
cup
almond flour
2
tbsp
sprinkles
pinch
sea salt
Instructions
In a large bowl, add cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and almond extract and stir until combined.
Add protein powder and mix again until fully incorporated.
Add almond flour and mix again. The dough will be very thick. It may be easier to mix with your hands at this point.
Add sprinkles and a pinch of salt and mix again.
Roll into about 12 1-inch balls. Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge.

These will keep in the fridge for about 3-4 days. They freeze well, so if you don't plan on eating all of them right away I recommend freezing some!
