Ingredients
1/2
cup
chia seeds
1 3/4
cup
milk of choice
(I used coconut milk)

shots
espresso
(or 1 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water)
1
tsp
vanilla extract
2
tbsp
maple syrup
2
tbsp
cocoa powder
Instructions
To a large tupperware container or bowl, add chia seeds and milk and mix right away to combine, being sure to break up any clumps.
Add espresso, vanilla, maple syrup, and mix again.
Sift cocoa powder in to prevent clumps, them mix well one last time.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to thicken.
