sugar

cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain and rinse chickpeas, then pat dry between paper towels until chickpeas are fully dry.
In a bowl, mix chickpeas with olive oil, sugar, cinnamon, and salt until evenly distributed.
Spread seasoned chickpeas evenly on baking sheet.
Bake for 27-30 minutes or until chickpeas are golden, crunchy, and fully dried. Make sure there is no moisture otherwise they won't be shelf stable!

These taste best on the day they are roasted, but they will keep at room temperature for about 3 days if they are cooked until no moisture remains.
