Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • In a medium size bowl or tupperware container, add chia seeds and milk and mix well, making sure to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
  • Add molasses, maple syrup, and vanilla and mix again.
  • Add spices and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours or until it reaches desired consistency.
