Iced Matcha with Vanilla Bean Cold Foam

- 1-2 tsp matcha powder (based on personal preference)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1.5 tbsp half & half
- 1.5 tbsp skim milk (can also sub a plant-based milk that contains a thickening agent)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Whisk your matcha powder with a little bit of hot water with a wooden whisk or handheld frother until matcha is fully dissolved.
Add honey and whisk or froth again to combine.
Pour matcha over ice and add enough cold water to fill your glass to about 1" from the top.
In a separate glass, add half & half, milk, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean paste.
Use handheld frother to froth for about 30 seconds or until fluffy.
Immediately pour over iced matcha.
