Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 oz sliced turkey breast, chopped (low-sodium if watching salt)
  • 10 slices salami, chopped (low-sodium if watching salt)
  • 2 tbsp banana peppers or pepperonicinis, chopped
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
For the Dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp italian herbs seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • Add all chopped salad ingredients to a large bowl.
  • Mix all salad dressing ingredients in a small bowl to combine, then drizzle over the salad.
  • Mix well to combine, and enjoy!
