This 5-minute matcha mint chip protein shake is a refreshing breakfast or snack that's packed with over 30 g protein and 6 g fiber.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk, any kind (I used almond milk)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tsp matcha powder (depending on strength preference)
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

Instructions
 

  • To a blender, add all ingredients except cacao nibs and blend until smooth.
  • Add cacao nibs and blend for another 10 seconds until nibs are slightly broken up.
  • Pour and enjoy!
