Spiced Pear Yogurt Bowl

This healthy spiced pear yogurt bowl is a quick, high-protein fall breakfast. Ready in 10 minutes and perfect for meal prep!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 medium pear, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add yogurt to a bowl.
  • Heat pan with coconut oil over low-medium heat.
  • Add pears to pan then add maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt (optional), stirring in between each addition.
  • Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until pears are soft, slightly browned, and fragrant.
  • Add spiced pears over yogurt bowl and top with walnuts or topping of choice.
