nonfat Greek yogurt

coconut oil

medium
pear, chopped
1/2
tbsp
maple syrup
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
pinch
sea salt

walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Add yogurt to a bowl.
Heat pan with coconut oil over low-medium heat.
Add pears to pan then add maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt (optional), stirring in between each addition.
Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until pears are soft, slightly browned, and fragrant.
Add spiced pears over yogurt bowl and top with walnuts or topping of choice.
