Dirty Lemon Tonic Mocktail
Dry January is still in full swing so I’ve got another fun mocktail recipe for you. This dirty lemon tonic mocktail is for those of you that love a savory drink. This drink is kind of like a cross between a dirty martini and a gin and tonic, minus the alcohol. This is one that I’ll absolutely be making year round.

Iβm not even sure I can call this a recipe since itβs so quick and easy to put together. All you need are 4 ingredients: olive brine (and a few olives for garnish), lemon juice, sugar-free tonic water and sparkling water or club soda. This combination might sound strange, but these ingredients come together magically. This drink is citrusy, briny, and fizzy with just a touch of sweetness! And the best part: no hangover!

Whether youβre looking to cut back on alcohol, or have cut it out of your life entirely, this is a great little beverage for your afternoons or evenings. I hope you enjoy this dirty lemon tonic mocktail!
