eggnog
(I used light eggnog)

cottage cheese

frozen banana

tbsp
cashew butter
(or almond butter)

collagen
(or other unflavored protein)
1/4
tsp
vanilla extract
dash
cinnamon
dash
nutmeg
handful
ice
(optional, to thicken)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth. If it's too thick to blend, add a splash of milk. If it's too thin, add another handful of ice.
