Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup eggnog (I used light eggnog)
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter (or almond butter)
  • 2 tbsp collagen (or other unflavored protein)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • dash cinnamon
  • dash nutmeg
  • handful ice (optional, to thicken)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth. If it's too thick to blend, add a splash of milk. If it's too thin, add another handful of ice.
