Eggnog Protein Smoothie
I’m a big fan of eggnog this time of year and this eggnog protein smoothie has been on repeat in my kitchen. It’s creamy, festive, and packed with holiday flavor! The best part is that it’s actually balanced thanks to the protein and healthy fats, so you can enjoy the classic eggnog flavor without a sugar rush.

This smoothie comes together with a few simple ingredients blended with the eggnog. I used cottage cheese to give it a thick, creamy texture and add a good amount of protein without affecting the flavor. I have tried making it with Greek yogurt too, but I found the tanginess overpowered the eggnog flavor.
Nutritionally, this smoothie packs a solid mix of protein, carbs, and fats, making it great for breakfast or a satisfying snack. Using light eggnog or almond milk eggnog will make the smoothie a little lighter and less sweet if that’s your preference.

Whether you’re rushing out the door or working from home, this eggnog protein smoothie is such a quick and easy breakfast during the holiday season. I hope you enjoy this recipe, and leave a comment below if you try it!
