Wild Blueberry Protein Smoothie
If you’re looking for a quick and energizing breakfast or snack, this wild blueberry protein smoothie has you covered. It’s creamy, refreshing, and naturally sweet. Plus, it’s ready in just five minutes and packed with 27 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber!

I’ve been making this smoothie on repeat for years now because it’s the perfect blend of flavor and nutrition. It’s packed with protein from Greek yogurt, healthy fats and more protein from the almond butter and hemp seeds, and fiber-rich carbohydrates from the blueberries and banana. Not to mention, wild blueberries are packed with antioxidants for extra health benefits. This combination of protein, fats, and carbs helps keep you satisfied. Smoothies are actually a great way to get a balanced meal or snack when you’re short on time.

All you need to do is throw everything in a blender, mix it all together, and pour it into a glass. That’s it, breakfast in 5 minutes! You can use any milk you like. If you prefer a thicker texture (like a smoothie bowl), use less milk and toss in a few ice cubes. I like to throw a handful of granola on top for some crunch, but you can get creative with your toppings!

This wild blueberry protein smoothie is such a quick and easy option for busy mornings or post-workout fuel that you can also take on-the-go. I hope you enjoy this recipe. If you try it, leave a comment below and tell me your favorite smoothie toppings!
