Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If it's too thick to blend, add a splash more milk.
