Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk of choice (I used coconut milk)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix matcha powder with a small amount of hot water using a whisk or handheld frother to dissolve any clumps.
  • In a medium bowl or tupperware container, mix chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and matcha mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
