Ingredients
  

  • 1 large orange
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 3/4 cup milk, any kind (I used almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese (can sub Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Wash orange then zest. Peel and remove any seeds.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If it's too thick to blend, add a splash more milk.
