(I used almond milk)

lowfat cottage cheese
(can sub Greek yogurt)

frozen banana

vanilla protein powder

vanilla extract

ice cubes
Instructions
Wash orange then zest. Peel and remove any seeds.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If it's too thick to blend, add a splash more milk.
