Instructions
In a large bowl or tupperware container, add chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and ube extract and mix until well combined and no clumps remain.
Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours or until it reaches desired consistency.
Notes
This will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.
