Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ube extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl or tupperware container, add chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and ube extract and mix until well combined and no clumps remain.
  • Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours or until it reaches desired consistency.

Notes

This will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days. I got the ube extract here.
