Cranberry Orange Mezcal Margarita
Nothing says holiday cheer quite like a gorgeous ruby red margarita packed with winter fruit flavors. This cranberry orange mezcal margarita is smoky, tart, and bright. This cocktail is super festive without being too difficult to make. The mix of mezcal and tequila gives it depth, while fresh citrus and cranberry juice keep it light and refreshing. It’s simple enough to make on a weeknight but festive enough to serve at any holiday gathering!

This margarita has a split base of mezcal and tequila, which gives it a beautiful balance of smokiness and smoothness. A splash of orange liqueur and freshly squeezed orange juice adds brightness, while lime juice and cranberry juice bring a refreshing tartness. If you prefer your margaritas on the sweeter side, a small touch of agave syrup will do the trick. To really make it festive, garnish each glass with an orange slice, a cinnamon stick, and a sprig of rosemary. It looks stunning, smells incredible, and instantly feels like a holiday celebration in a glass.
As always, while alcohol isn’t healthy, enjoying a cocktail like this in moderation can absolutely fit into a balanced lifestyle.
