Peach, Basil, and Burrata Salad

This peach, basil, and burrata salad is the most delicious salad for summer. It's sweet, salty, colorful, and so easy to throw together!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups butter lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped (divided)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 2 oz prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • To a large plate, add lettuce, about half of the basil, and tomatoes.
  • Chop or tear burrata into smaller pieces and place on the salad.
  • Add sliced peaches and prosciutto.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  • Sprinkle the remaining basil on top.
  • Finish with salt and pepper to taste.
