Easy Blender Green Juice

Easy Blender Green Juice

I love making a big batch of this easy blender green juice almost every weekend. It’s super refreshing, hydrating, and an easy way to get a quick boost of vitamins and minerals. I’ve experimented with a lot of different fruits and veggies and the recipe below is my favorite combination. It gives you plenty of nutrition and hydration benefits without tasting too “green.” This juice also has anti-inflammatory benefits from the ginger and turmeric.

This juice is a little sweet from the coconut water and orange, tangy from the lime, and spicy from the ginger. If you don’t like cilantro, feel free to skip it. Nutrition wise, this juice is packed with vitamin C, vitamin K, and potassium. The salt adds some trace minerals and also keeps the juice fresher for longer in the fridge.

A quick tip: I like to buy ginger and turmeric root in bulk, wash and cut them into chunks, put them in a bag and freeze them. That way, you always have them ready to throw into the blender in juices or smoothies. They last forever in the freezer, so you don’t have to worry about them going bad if you don’t use them often.

Because I’m lazy, I just blend the juice in a blender and keep the pulp in for extra fiber. But, if you don’t like pulp, you can strain the juice through a cheesecloth to remove the solids. I hope you enjoy this easy blender green juice! Leave a comment below if you try it or a variation of it!
