Nectarine Crumble Yogurt Bowl
Summer fruit season is here, and if you love nectarines like I do, you need to try this nectarine crumble yogurt bowl. It’s got a simple base of plain Greek yogurt. Then, you’ll add a chopped up ripe nectarine. And finally, top it with a delicious oat-flax crumble that you can warm up in just a few minutes. This bowl is sweet, tart, and packed with nutrition.

Besides being delicious, this yogurt bowl is also packed with nutrients. Each serving of this recipe packs 30 grams of protein and 9 grams of fiber to help keep you full all morning long. You get protein from the Greek yogurt, fiber from the nectarine and oats and healthy omega-3 fats from the flax.

Nectarine Crumble Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 ripe nectarine, chopped
- 1 tsp butter (or oil)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Add Greek yogurt and chopped nectarine to a bowl.
- Heat a pan with butter over medium-low heat. Add oats and ground flax to the pan and stir. Add maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt and stir again.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes while stirring until oats are toasted.
- Add crumble mixture on top of yogurt bowl and enjoy!
