Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam

Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam

Donโ€™t get me wrong, I love a good Starbucks pumpkin cream cold brew when they roll around in the fall. But, unfortunately, I canโ€™t afford to be getting those every day. Thatโ€™s where this homemade pumpkin spice cold foam comes in. It’s just as delicious, but so much cheaper, healthier, and you can make it in less than 5 minutes. Once you learn how to make it, youโ€™ll wonder why you ever paid $6+ for one at a coffee shop.

Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam

This recipe is made with just a few simple ingredients: half & half, skim milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and a touch of maple syrup for sweetness. All you need to do is froth the ingredients together until theyโ€™re thick and foamy, then pour over your coffee. You end up with a delicious seasonal drink that’s just as delicious as the one you would get at a coffee shop.

Not only does this homemade pumpkin spice cold foam save you money, but itโ€™s also significantly lower in sugar than the coffee shop version. A grande pumpkin cream cold brew from Starbucks has 31 grams of sugar, while this one has just 8 grams. This makes the homemade version a much healthier option for your blood sugar and energy levels.
