Iced Matcha with Vanilla Bean Cold Foam

Iced Matcha with Vanilla Bean Cold Foam

I love a good vanilla bean cold foam on my iced coffee or matcha, but paying $6 for one every day? No thanks. That’s why I started making this vanilla bean cold foam iced matcha at home. It’s creamy, lightly sweet, and full of cozy vanilla flavor, but so much cheaper and healthier. Best of all, it’s ready in less than 5 minutes.

Iced Matcha with Vanilla Bean Cold Foam

This drink combines earthy matcha green tea with a creamy layer of homemade vanilla bean cold foam. The cold foam is made with half & half, milk, a touch of vanilla extract, and vanilla bean paste. Just simple ingredients that you might already have at home. To make it, you’ll froth the cold foam ingredients until thick and fluffy, then pour it over iced matcha. You’re left with a drink that tastes indulgent but is actually balanced and refreshing.

The best part about this recipe is how versatile it is. You can also add the vanilla bean cold foam to iced coffee, cold brew, or even black or green iced tea. It’s the perfect at-home upgrade to your everyday drink, and it costs a fraction of what you’d spend at a coffee shop. Skip the coffee shop line and make this at home, your wallet (and taste buds) will thank you!
