Equipment

  • 1 handheld frother

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz iced coffee, cold brew, or americano
  • 1 1/2 tbsp half & half
  • 1 1/2 tbsp skim milk (can also sub a plant-based milk that contains a thickening agent)
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • dash pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
 

  • Pour cold coffee of choice in a large glass over ice, leaving about 1" of room at the top.
  • In a separate glass, add half & half, milk, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup.
  • Use handheld frother to froth for about 30 seconds or until fluffy.
  • Immediately pour over iced coffee and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
