Spiced Apple Yogurt Bowl

Spiced Apple Yogurt Bowl

This spiced apple yogurt bowl is one of my favorite fall breakfast options that you can make in less than 10 minutes! It’s so cozy and delicious, but also packed with protein and fiber to help keep you full all morning. It’s the perfect breakfast for busy mornings when you want something quick, healthy, and tasty.

This breakfast has a balance of protein, carbs, fiber, and healthy fat to fuel your morning. Greek yogurt provides protein and probiotics to support your gut health, along with a good dose of calcium for bone health. Apples contain healthy carbohydrates and are a good source of fiber. And pecans add a nice crunch and healthy fats to keep you fuller for longer.

If you donโ€™t love the tanginess of plain Greek yogurt, you can definitely use vanilla Greek yogurt or try adding a flavor enhancer. Vanilla extract, a drizzle of maple syrup or honey, or even a few teaspoons of pudding mix can help sweeten it up and reduce some of the tang.

This recipe is super versatile and meal-prep friendly. The stewed apples can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for several days. Each morning, simply reheat the apples (or enjoy cold!) and add to your bowl. Then, you’ll have breakfast ready in about 2 minutes! You can also vary the toppings to your liking. You can swap the pecans for any nuts or seeds you like, or add a sprinkle of granola for some crunch.

If youโ€™re looking for a healthy fall breakfast recipe thatโ€™s quick, cozy, and super satisfying, this spiced apple yogurt bowl will be your new staple.
