Chocolate Cherry Almond Granola
This chocolate cherry almond granola is one of my favorite granola recipes I have ever made. And I’ve made a lot of granola in my lifetime! This one is packed with sweet cherries, rich dark cocoa, crunchy almonds, and toasted coconut. The flavor combination is unreal. Plus, you can make this whole recipe in about 35 minutes or less!

This recipe is super easy to make. You’ll mix everything together in a big bowl, spread on a baking sheet, and bake for 20–25 minutes until crisp. Once it comes out of the oven, you’ll add the dried cherries and chocolate chips. The chocolate melts from the heat, so once you mix it, you’ll have clusters of granola that get coated in chocolate. Heaven.

There are so many ways to enjoy this granola. Pair it with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese and a handful of fruit for a high-protein, balanced breakfast. Enjoy it with a pour of high-protein milk for an easy, healthy cereal alternative. Or sprinkle it on top of smoothie bowls or chia pudding for a satisfying crunch.
Nutrition tip: granola on its own is mostly a carb and fat source, so pairing it with a protein-rich food (like yogurt or milk) helps keep you fuller for longer and creates a more balanced meal.

This recipe makes about 15 servings, making it perfect for meal prep or gifting to family and friends. If you store it airtight in a cool, dry pantry, it will keep fresh for up to one month. I hope you love this chocolate cherry almond granola as much as I do!
