Spiced Pear Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 medium pear, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch sea salt
- 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Add yogurt to a bowl.
- Heat pan with coconut oil over low-medium heat.
- Add pears to pan then add maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt (optional), stirring in between each addition.
- Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until pears are soft, slightly browned, and fragrant.
- Add spiced pears over yogurt bowl and top with walnuts or topping of choice.
